Euro 2020 Top Prospects
Are you enjoying watching the Euro 2020 competition? Are there several teams or that one team that certainly have caught your attention? Well, allow me to dig deeper this week with you as we analyze some of the top prospects coming out of this great tournament.
As the tournament has progressed over the past couple weeks, we have noticed certain teams putting out great performances. We’ve some other teams with quality players on the bench for no real reason. Oh, and other teams with great surprises but yet to have their moment. So, who are some of the key prospects that clubs are targeting? Let’s take a look!
English Premier League Prospects
Some of the teams ready to make big splashes this season are teams like Manchester City, Manchester United, Chelsea and Arsenal. Currently the hottest transfer being observed by experts, is the potential transfer of England’s Harry Kane to Manchester City as the City side looks for their forward of the future.
Manchester City made an official proposal to Tottenham for Harry Kane. £100M guaranteed + availability to include players in the deal.#THFC have NO intention to accept. Harry wants to go, but Levy will try to keep him. ❌
Harry now focused on the Euros, then it’ll be decided.

While negotiations between the two sides have stalled for a bit, many believe this is a done deal as Tottenham’s owner is known for making cheap deals. Which will likely force a departure from the club for Kane.
In the other hand, Borussia Dortmund’s Jadon Sancho is likely to join Manchester United this summer as the teams seem to making head way on the deal. Sancho is one of the top priorities for Ole Gunnar Solksjaer’s side this season.
Another team looking to also boost up their lineup is Arsenal. Which according to reports, Arsenal are keen on Calvert-Lewin from Everton. One of the many side effects to come after Ancelotti’s departure.
Other Euro 2020 Prospects!
Starting with Italy’s, Manuel Locatelli. The Italian has highly impressed many as he competes in the Euro 2020 tournament. There are currently two top-flight teams eyeing the Italian for his services, those being Chelsea (England) and Juventus (Italy). According to Juvefc.com, Juventus are booked to meet with Serie A side, Sassuolo over Locatelli.

Another player who is likely to get a big pay soon is no other than Netherlands’ Denzel Dumfries.
While Netherlands have played in the tournament without their talisman, Virgil Van Djik, the Dutch winger has delivered impressive performances for the national team. Netherlands are currently one of the favorites to win Euro 2020, and Dumfries has certainly raised interest. One of the teams highly interested is Everton. Maybe finally some good news for the Toffees? I certainly hope so.
In Conclusion…
One of the best things I’ve seen so far out of this competition, is the level of youth and talent brewing in Europe.
While many focus on high-profile players like Kylian Mbappe and Kevin De Bruyne, others simply enjoy watching the game itself and its competitiveness. For me personally, one of the players I have truly enjoyed watching and would love to see what’s next for him is N’Golo Kante.
Kante, who recently won the Champions League with Chelsea has been a major piece to France’s lethal attack. The chemistry that Kante and Paul Pogba have in the midfield representing France, is one if not the most lethal currently in this competition. One of the key players I would personally like to keep an eye on and that would be one of the biggest euro 2020 prospects. If I was Real Madrid or maybe even Bayern Munich, he is a player I would certainly be targeting to buy or trade for.
