In the midst of the international break, we put out the call to our fans to see what topics were on their minds. They delivered big time and gave us some great questions to discuss. Thank you to everyone who shared their input, we appreciate you all!

To start the show, we took a look at the recent ownership change at Newcastle United. We talked about the impacts of the takeover on and off the field. Piggybacking on this topic, we got into the rest of the Premier League as well. We touched upon Chelsea’s title chances, Cristiano Ronaldo winning POTM, Mikel Arteta’s September, the future of Mo Salah at Liverpool and Manchester United’s ceiling under Ole. We also discussed potential hypocrisy from the Premier League with contrasting stances on the European Super League and Newcastle’s new owners.

Switching gears away from the Premier League, we took a look at the 30 nominees for the 2021 Ballon d’Or award. We gave our general thoughts on the list, as well as some of the major contenders. Next up, we discussed La Liga. We focused on Barcelona, Real Madrid and a potential move for Kylian Mbappe.

Lastly, we turned our attention to an incredible 2021 season for the New England Revolution.
