The Rafters Pod Ep. 23: Jaylen Brown Drops Hammer on Lebron and the Lakers

The Celtics stay afloat in the Eastern conference despite Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown being in and out of the lineup. A loss to the top seeded Bucks brings out some concern in the fight for the East. Connor predicted a disappointing loss to the Suns where Marcus Smart channeled his inner Klay Thompson and hit 11 three-pointers. After that loss Boston took on The Lakers at home and came away with a commanding win. Solid contributions all around and an ineffective Anthony Davis led to a 139-107 blowout win for The Celtics. To make things even sweeter Jaylen Brown knocked the crown off Lebron’s head with a posterizing dunk. When the Celtics play up to their competition they can beat the best teams in the league.
