Welcome back to another edition of The Daily. Today we got a good slate of games to give more winners out. In the last seven days I am 52-42-2 (+17.47 units). If you ask me that sounds like a good week to have from Thursday to Thursday. With that being said here are my daily picks.
NBA: 5-6 (-0.76u)
Brooklyn +2.5 (1.09u/1u)
Brooklyn will be without Durant, but the Lakers will be without Anthony Davis. Kyrie and James Harden keep it within the number tonight against Lebron.
CBB: 4-5 (-1.18u)
Iowa ML (1u/1.2u)
It is very rare that we see the Hawkeyes as a underdog this season, but tonight on the road at Wisconsin they are one. Iowa hit a little hiccup at the beginning of this month, but I see them continuing their great play that we have seen from them in their last two. Iowa wins this game outright as Garza has a big night.
Utah -2.5 (1.1u/1u)
Utah is 6-2 as a favorite this year and I think they are a better team that Oregon State. The Beavers are a better team at home, but Utah wins and covers tonight.
Eastern Washington -8 (1.1u/1u)
Eastern Washington has been good to me lately as they have won their last seven. Tonight as a eight point favorite at home against a mediocre Montana team is a no brainer. The Eagles are also 5-1 at home this year, and 9-2 as a favorite.
NHL: 7-4 (+6.92u)
Islanders In Regulation (1u/1.75u)
The Islanders have won three in a row and tonight will look to make it four. Pittsburgh is too inconsistent for my liking, and I don’t see why they are a favorite tonight. New York is 7-2 straight up in their last nine against Pittsburgh, they get the win in regulation tonight.
St. Louis In Regulation (1.2u/1u)
The Blues lost four out of their six game series against the Coyotes. Tonight against the Sharks they will get their third win in four games. Easy win for the Blues in regulation tonight.
Arizona In Regulation (1u/1.05u)
The Coyotes are 2-0-1 in their last three meetings with the Kings. Los Angeles comes into tonight with a two game winning streak, but it will be snapped by the Coyotes. Arizona wins this one in regulation.
Regulation Parlay (Philadelphia, Columbus, Minnesota) (1u/11.62u)
Philadelphia is 9-1 straight up in their last ten against the Rangers. They easily get the win in regulation tonight. Blue jackets are riding a two game losing streak and will snap it tonight at home where they are 4-2-2 this season. The Wild are also riding a two game skid. Minnesota is 4-1 straight up in their last five road games against the Ducks. Regulation parlay will be a fun one to watch tonight.
