JD Martinez Was Every Patriots Fan Last Night
Last night, JD Martinez embodied what it meant to be a Patriots fan. The recent World Series champion even brought out his customized jersey for OT. And even though he said the Patriots would run play action, the New England Patriots decided to run on the leagues worst rush defense for the win.
So for the ninth time in his career, Tom Brady will reach the Super Bowl. And how about this for a crazy stat:
Granted the Browns have played over 900 games in their franchise so the odds are in Brady’s favor but it’s crazy to think that one singular player is more likely to reach to the Super Bowl than an entire football game winning a game.
Brady will be going for his sixth Super Bowl title (again) which would tie him with the Steelers for the most ever. Ironically, he beat the Rams in Super Bowl XXXVI for his first ever, now he has to beat them again for the next.
