Into the Triangle Episode 27: Mookie Betts BIG Payday | Sox Opening Day | Pitching…*PUKE*

We have episode 27 of the Into the Triangle podcast right here for you. Folks, we made it. We finally had real baseball to talk about. Trust us, we enjoyed this moment because we knew there wouldn’t be many fun moments to talk about this 2020 season. Anyways, here’s the episode and let’s get into what we talked about, shall we?

Topics Covered

Man oh man, where do we even begin? We start off by talking about former Red Sox outfielder Mookie Betts. For anybody thinking he’ll come back, this isn’t the episode for you then. Mookie Betts signed a MASSIVE deal that will probably keep his a Los Angeles Dodger for the rest of his career. Jared and I talk about what it means for the Red Sox future, cry a little bit, and figure out what went wrong. Fortunately, there was Red Sox baseball to talk about. The Red Sox kicked the crap out of the Orioles on opening night. That was pretty cool! We get into what went right, how good Nathan Eovaldi looked, and the Red Sox offense mashing. Not much more positivity after that as we got into the pitching and it’s just as bad as we expected it to be honestly.

Where You Can Find Us?

We’ve said this many times before. But you know what, for you our wonderful fans, we’ll give you another reminder of where you can find us. The first place you can look for us is on the CGS website. Honestly, just look for us under the “Podcast and Video” tab and you’ll find us. We’re also on iTunes because that’s the most common place to find a podcast. Pretty sure we’re on Anchor and Apple Podcasts as well. Do us a favor too, rate/subscribe and let us know how good we are or what we need to be better at, just like with the Red Sox. Enjoy episode 27!
