CBB Daily Report (2/4/22)

Yesterday was the absolute worst day that the Daily Report has ever had. Today we bounce back and gain some momentum heading into tomorrow’s big slate of games. I have a home dog that I love tonight as well as a favorite. A over/under that I love and a parlay of the day. Not a huge slate of games on a Friday night tilt, but I have winners to give out tonight. With that being said here is my CBB Daily Gambling Report.

Home Dogs: 10-11 (-2.1u) ML 6-15 (-6.35u)

Cornell +3 -110 ML (+120) 

The Cornell Big Red are home dogs tonight against Princeton. The Big Red is very good at covering against the spread this season. In their last seventeen games, Cornell is 14-3 against the spread. This team is also a very good home team this season as well. They are 7-0 at home this season and they are 7-0 against the spread at home this season as well. Cornell has already played Princeton this season and Princeton squeaked out a win in that matchup early last month. This is a big revenge spot for Cornell and we should see them win outright. Princeton has won nine out of their last ten games and are due to regress. Cornell covers this number tonight and more than likely wins this game outright.

Lovin The Favorite: 11-7 (+3.3u)

Colorado State -3.5 -110 

This Mountain West showdown tonight has major implications on the line in this matchup. Colorado State is a home favorite against San Diego State. These two teams have already faced off and San Diego State wiped the floor with the Colorado State Rams. San Diego State is not a good road team as they are 1-3 on the road this season. The Aztecs are also not good as an underdog. In their last five games as a underdog, they are 1-4 against the spread in those games. In the last eight meetings between these two teams, the favorite is 6-2 against the spread. I am lovin Colorado State -3.5 at home tonight.

Feeling The Over/Riding The Under: 7-11-1 (-5.1u)

St. Bonaventure vs Richmond (137.5) 

This Atlantic 10 matchup between St. Bonaventure and Richmond will be a must watch mid-major game. These two teams are fighting for spots in the NCAA tournament and this is a big game for both teams. The Bonnies and the Spiders are very much so in contention to make the NCAA tournament and will need a big win like this to help their resume. In this matchup I am riding the under 137.5 in this one. In the Bonnies last nine games as a road dog, the under is 7-2 in those games. For the Spiders in their last four games as a favorite, the under is 4-0 in those games. Also in the Spiders last seven games as a home favorite, the under is 5-2 in those games as well. Ride the under in this A-10 matchup.
