Anyone but Jason Kidd as the Celtics Next Head Coach

I know this story came out about a week ago but I am just absolutely mind blown that the first coach in mind would be Jason Kidd. Like what has this guy proved? I mean even Portland’s Damien Lillard wanted him as their next head coach. Like why? Why would the Celtics want Jason Kidd as their next head coach?

Kidd has been the head coach of two franchises already, the Milwaukee Bucks and Brooklyn Nets, both of which were disasters. So, why would the Celtics even consider bringing this guy in?

I do not have the answer for that but what I do know is he would not do well with these young guys on this team. Kidd had a really good player at the time, Giannis Antetokounmpo, and he couldn’t succeed with that.

Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown are just getting into their primes of their career. Getting a head coach that has not proved anything in this league could ultimately get these two superstars out of Boston.

There are more potential head coach that are out there for the Boston Celtics and yes, they are exploring that. I just hope they realize that Jason Kidd is not what is best for this franchise going forward.
