Wrestle Mania 36: Best Matches & Predictions

Wrestlemania will be taking place on Saturday April 4th and Sunday April 5th, labeled as an event too big to be for one night only, being hosted by ex-patriot Rob Gronkowski. This will be a weird wrestle mania though as there won’t be any fans due to Coronavirus.

Wrestlemania 36 is right around the corner. It is the only sports event coming up, so why not get excited even if it’s “pretend-wrestling?”

I have been a fan of WWE for my whole life. Wrestle mania is the event that I look up to the most as it shakes up WWE for that year and brings new plot twists. This year, it is no different!

Here is a list of some of the most exciting matches to watch for:

Brock Lesnar Vs. Drew McIntyre

This one is going to be one of the most amazing matches, at least I hope, it will be! Drew McIntyre comes off a very strong showing at the last PPV, Royal Rumble. This guy has shown a very intense and powerful profile so far. The Beast incarnate will bring into the match the ever-popular, #SuplexCity! Who will be the winner? Personally, I think it’ll be Drew McIntyre and he becomes the next Paul Heyman guy to be managed as Brock Lesnar is becoming old news.

Edge vs. Randy Orton

HELL YEAH!!! What a heck of a match this will be. After having to retire back in 2011 due to a devastating neck injury, Edge comes back into action to compete versus Randy Orton. Otron turned on Edge and delivered not only an RKO but a nasty attack that later than developed into another attack. This time, it was Beth Phoenix who got the other end of the stick. Now, this match will be one for the ages. My prediction: Edge wins, giving him a chance to come back full-time. Hopefully, he’ll write a new ending to his storyline rather than having to retire.

Becky Lynch vs. Shayna Baszler

Becky Lynch vs Baszler promises to be one of the most intense and brutal matches you will ever see in the Women’s Division. Shayna Baszler has an MMA background and Becky Lynch has been nothing short of outstanding as she defends her Raw Women’s Championship reign. If you saw Shayna Baszler compete in the Royal Rumble Pay-Per-View, you would be foolish to say she was not impressive! Shayna dominated the competition including Asuka. My prediction is: Shayna Baszler wins.

Braun Strowman vs. Goldberg

Per a report on Bleacher Report, Braun Strowman has been announced to replace Roman Reigns at Wrestlemania 36 as Reigns decided to step out of the match due to health concerns.

Roman Reigns came back to SmackDown after having faced a long battle with Leukemia. As the Coronavirus continues its massive spread throughout the U.S., it is a safety precaution for Roman to be out of the match at Performance Center for Wrestlemania 36, an event too big to be for one night only. My prediction for the winner of the match between Strowman and Goldberg is: Goldberg. Strowman gets hit with a gigantic Jack Hammer. 1, 2, 3….

Now the only thing that could make this Wrestlemania event one for the ages, even without fans, would be the return of big superstars like CM Punk, Alberto Del Rio and Finn Balor!
