1.) Kansas City Chiefs (9-1)
The Mahomes/Hill duo continues to be too much for opposing defenses. Outside of their division loss to the Raiders earlier this season the Chiefs are unbeaten. Kansas City is in a serious position to repeat as Super Bowl Champs.
2.) Pittsburgh Steelers (11-0)
With the best defense in the league and Big Ben healthy, the Steelers are poised for a playoff run in 2020. The rise of Chase Claypool has allowed their offense to operate with a strong air attack and a balanced run game.
3.) New Orleans Saints (9-2)
No Brees? No Problem? The Saints are deep enough this year to beat quality opponents with a rushing Quarterback. If the Saints want a chance at the Lombardi they will need their signal caller back by January. The Saints have the division locked up and look to play for the NFC bye.
4.) Green Bay Packers (8-3)
After a beatdown on the Chicago Bears Sunday Night there is a lot of reasons why this team will have a shot to win the Lombardi Trophy. Rodgers is currently the runner up to Mahomes for the Most Valuable Player Award in 2020.
5.) Tennessee Titans (8-3)
Derrick Henry belongs in the Top Five conversation for the MVP. Henry has carried the Titans over the last two games with a combined over 300 rush yards and four total Touchdowns.
6.) Buffalo Bills (8-3)
The Bills are going to win the AFC East and be in the playoffs. Allen will get his first chance to prove himself after his playoff debut loss last season to DeShaun Watson and the Houston Texans.
7.) Cleveland Browns (8-3)
Nick Chubb and Kareem Hunt are the best running back duo in the NFL. For a team that is well represented nationally by Mayfield, OBJ, and Landry. The running game and defense is the key to this team being 8-3 on the Season.
8.) Seattle Seahawks (8-3)
Just how good is D.K. Metcalf? The second year wide receiver torched the Eagles and Pro Bowl cornerback Darius Slay on Monday Night for 10 catches and 177 yards to secure a 23-17 victory in Philadelphia. The addition of Carlos Dunlap has sealed up the run defense that was bottom of the league to start the 2020 campaign.
9.) Indianapolis Colts (7-4)
The Colts still have the best offensive line in the NFL. Rivers and the offense have made serious strides especially with a virtual offseason for a first year QB in the system.
10.) Tampa Bay (7-5)
Tampa Bay has looked below average their last two games. However, Brady and the Bucs’ can still beat any team in the league in a one game matchup and in the NFL that is all that matters. A Wild Card spot will not slow down the Bucs if their offensive line woes get cleaned up just a bit.
11.) Baltimore Ravens (6-6)
Is Trace McSorley the short term answer for the Raven’s QB issues? With Lamar coming back from Covid-19 I believe McSorley will get the next start and look to improve his team to 7-6. Do not be surprised though if the Raven’s fall to 8-8 for their 2020 Season.
12.) Arizona Cardinals (6-5)
Kyler Murray has proved to be a franchise Quarterback in his second year in the league. With the addition of Hopkins and Murray’s ability to extend plays the Arizona Cardinals have a Top 10 offense in the league undeniably.
13.) Miami Dolphins (7-4)
Is Brian Flores the Coach of the Year? The Dolphins Defense has been nothing but impressive this season which is giving them a shot at the AFC East Division Title. Key games vs Buffalo and New England in the last few weeks of the season will play a huge role in their playoff hopes.
14.) LA Rams (7-4)
Aaron Donald and Jalen Ramsey are playing well enough to keep the Rams in it even with how bad Goff can be week to week. The NFC West is within reach if Seattle loses another game on their schedule and the Rams can win 3 out of their last 5.
