Tommy Heinsohn gave us an all-time classic call last night when talking about Celtics’ big man Aron Baynes. Take a listen:

If this were anyone else I would have so many questions, but I’m going to let it slide because it’s Tommy. That man says whatever he wants and doesn’t give a shit what any of us think. It’s part of the reason why we all love him so much. Was I expecting him to talk about what Baynes looked like naked? Absolutely not. But again, I don’t really care.

What’s amazing is that this is only the preseason. He’s setting the bar really high for himself. I know we’ll be getting more commentary like that throughout the year, so I can’t wait for the regular season to get going. Don’t ever change, Tommy.
