Trevor Story Having A Storybook Year
Rockies shortstop Trevor Story is having one hell of a season. Story is now the first shortstop to reach 40 doubles, 30 home runs, and 25 stolen bases in a season. Story is now making a case for a late MVP push. He looks to stay hot as his team hangs on to a 1.5 game lead over the Dodgers for the NL West crown.
The following is a comprehensive list of MLB short stops that have recorded at least 40 doubles, 30 home runs and 25 stolen bases in a single season.

I thought Trevor Story just hit bombs, but I was completely wrong. This dude is having himself a season. The insane part about this is that Story will only make $500,000 this season. A player having this type of season should be making upwards of $12 million. I hope this kid gets what he deserves the next time he signs a contract.
