Tony DeAngelo has a Burner Account
In maybe a not so shocking turn of events, it appears that Tony DeAngelo may have a burner account. Hockey twitter has been on fire today with the news of the Pierre-Luc Dubois and Patrick Laine swap and now throw in the DeAngelo controversy. It is no secret that Tony DeAngelo is a scumbag. He is a very public Trump supporter and was very critical of Twitter when they suspended the former President’s account. In case you haven’t seen yet…
For the record, since for some reason people keep saying this, I’m NOT Tony DeAngelo. Just someone whose sick of him being criticized by people who know nothing about the game of hockey.

This person is definitely not Tony DeAngelo. There is absolutely no way that this person who immediately rushes to the defense of TDA, has only joined this month, and is already claiming that they are being censored is connected to TDA (/s).
My account is currently being hacked @Twitter.
First, losers went in and changed my account name, bio, Tweets, etc.
Now… I can’t reply to Direct Messages.
Censorship?? @jack

It is a shame the Rangers are off tonight. Twitter would be ablaze when they see TDA on the ice, but the jokes will have to wait until tomorrow.
Tony DeAngelo the Hockey Player
Listen, TDA is a scumbag of a person who has a history of abusing referees, using racial and homophobic slurs, and supporting the former president, but I want to focus on TDA the hockey player for a minute. So far, TDA has had a rough start to this season. After taking a horrible misconduct penalty in game 1, he was a healthy scratch in game 2. He had a career season last year where he put up 53 points as a defensemen. However, there lies the issue. TDA is a defensemen who, to put it bluntly, sucks in his own zone. He is one of the worst players in his own zone. However, the Rangers decided that his ability to move the puck and rack up points is more important than his ability to actually play defense.
Final Thoughts
When he is right, DeAngelo is one of the best offensive defensemen in the NHL. However, a lot of the times, he cannot get out of his own way and is his own worst enemy. There is so much to dislike about TDA, and now we may be able to add burner account to the list. DeAngelo and Kevin Durant can meet up to tweet about the Knicks game tomorrow. NYRFan92360244 better hope DeAngelo actually plays well tomorrow or they will be catching a lot of heat during and after tomorrow night’s matchup against the Penguins.
