Time for Josh Gordon to Put his Trouble Pass Behind Him

Sunday Night, the New England Patriots will be dropping banner number six as they host the Pittsburg Steelers. Josh Gordon last game played in the NFL was in fact against this same team. Now, this is the opportunity for the Wide-Receiver for a fresh start against a very good football team.

The same thought is more than likely going through everyone’s heads right now, can Josh Gordon stay on the field for a full season? I really believe this time that he will accomplish this goal and play the full season. Josh Gordon has the potential to be one of the best receivers in the game and could be a mismatch nightmare. This opportunity could be his last chance at redemption. The question again is, can he do it?

In 11 games last season, Gordon racked up 40 receptions, totaling 720 receiving yards. Everything seemed like it was going well for receiver before he got suspended indefinitely by the league. The team, as we all know, did end up going on to winning their sixth super bowl title and Gordon was given a championship ring.

Now, coming off this Super Bowl Victory, the team gets the opportunity to bring back Gordon with open arms as he looks to prove the doubters wrong about staying on the field.  Good luck to Josh.
