THIS JUST IN: Christmas is Not a Holiday
We’ve got some breaking news here on CouchGuySports.com. According to Kyrie Irving, Christmas is actually NOT A HOLIDAY. Wow, what a shocking development this is. Roll the tape:
Kyrie Irving: ‘I don’t really necessarily think of Christmas as a holiday’

In all seriousness though, this has to be up there as one of the most bizarre things to come out of this mans mouth this season. I mean, come on, how do you not “necissarily think of” Christmas as a holiday? To my knowledge, Kyrie is jewish or any religion that doesn’t celebrate Christmas, so this is just crazy. Something traumatic must have happened to him one Christmas, which would make me look like a real big asshole for calling him out on it. Knowing my luck that’s probably the case.
With all of the insane comments Kyrie has made this year, this might top the list for me. I don’t get how someone can just take away a holiday’s validation like that, especially one as big as Christmas. I’m seriously starting to think the guy is just messing with all of us. Either that or he’s just a crazy person. I really hope it isn’t the latter.
