The Rafters Pod Ep. 39: First Scrimmage Recap, Kemba Update
Liam and Dante join us this week to review the first scrimmage for the green and white since the season’s return. In a 98-84 loss to OKC, Boston had lapses in offense from key starters. Honestly, they looked shaky at best on defense. The Thunder had their way in the paint with Steven Adams leading the charge. Boston looks to shake off the rust in their next two scrimmage games. They go up against The Suns (7/26) and Rockets (7/28) before hopping back into the regular season. Kemba Walker’s knees remain a hot topic of debate after he missed numerous practices and the first scrimmage game despite the three month absence. What does Brad Stevens have in mind to keep Kemba on the court when the time matters? Our very own co-host had a twitter post that got some attention in regards to Jaylen Brown and Jayson Tatum.
