The Daily (2/4/21)
Welcome back to another edition of The Daily. Today we are looking to make a lot more units than we did yesterday. We have a good slate of games in the NBA, College Basketball, and the NHL as well. System plays are 1-2 so far as the bounces haven’t gone our way in that department. With that being said here are my daily picks for today.
NBA: 4-5 (-0.47u)
Denver Nuggets vs Los Angeles Lakers
The Denver Nuggets are on the road tonight at the Staples Center to play the Lakers. Denver has been red hot as of late as they have won six out of their last seven. While the Lakers are back from their seven game road trip where they finished 5-2 in that span. Before that road trip the only losses that the Lakers had were at home. Their current home record is 4-4 and the Nuggets road record is 7-3.
I am really excited for the Western Conference Final rematch from a year ago (yes it pains me to say it as a Clippers fan). Nonetheless I think tonight is going to be a very good game. I know that the Lakers have had Denver’s number as of late has they are 6-1 straight up in their last seven games against them. With the line being at 5 in favor of the Lakers though has me thinking differently. I do think the Lakers after being off since Monday are going to win this game, but I do think Denver keeps it within the number.
