The Daily (2/3/21)

Welcome back to another edition of the daily. Today we are looking to get our first winning day in February. We have a smaller slate of games today in the NBA, CBB, and NHL. Yesterday we finished 4-6 and lost 1.59 units. With that being said here are my picks for today’s slate of games.

NBA: 2-4 (-1.56u)

Phoenix Suns vs New Orleans Pelicans

The Phoenix Suns are on the road against the New Orleans Pelicans tonight. Phoenix is riding a three game winning streak, and the Pelicans are riding a two game losing streak. After a rough stretch the Suns have slowly starting to put it together. On the other side for the Pelicans they have lost five out of their last seven games. Zion and Brandon Ingram need to have a good game tonight to get back into the swing of things when it comes to a playoff spot in the Western Conference.

Phoenix is starting to get really good play from Devin Booker right now. Booker is helping take this team back to the level that they were at when they were in the bubble. Phoenix is a 3.5 point favorite tonight against the Pelicans. I think that the Pelicans are due for a win. Tonight would be a good night for that win in my opinion.
