The Celtics Take The Series Back To Boston Tied 1-1

Once again, the Celtics struggled in the third quarter of a game. The third quarter has been the biggest struggle for the Celtics so far this postseason. It also didn’t help that Kyrie Irving went 4-18 from the floor. In conclusion, the Celtics lost game 2 to the Bucks 123-102.

Other than that, the Bucks just played out of this world. Middleton was red hot the entire game going 10-18, scoring 28 points. The dude wouldn’t miss a three-pointer. Bledsoe also got hot from the field. I am ok with Giannis scoring 29 points since he is virtually unstoppable. The only reason why the C’s lost this game is due to Kyrie not playing well. If he goes out and scores his 20 plus points, the Celtics probably win game 2.

What really concerns me is the play of Jayson Tatum. He has only made FOUR shots through the first two games of the series. The kid was smoking hot in the first series against the Pacers. It seems as if Middleton has figured out how to guard the young All-Star.  Hayward also took a step back in last nights loss. Hopefully, they can figure it out and get back to playing the way they can.

What we should take from the first two games, is that the Celtics are coming back to Boston with a win. Whenever you can win a game on the road in the playoffs the team is successful. Sure I would have loved to see the C’s go up 2-0, but I’ll take the tie. The Celtics will shoot better on their home court this Friday night.
