Drake’s new album is set to release tonight at midnight, entitled Scorpion. As I have alluded to in my previous blogs, Drake was destroyed by Pusha T but unfortunately Drake is too big of a star to have that hurt his hype for this album. The hype train has been rolling the past few weeks, and it has recently been confirmed that this album will be a double album.

Many were wondering if this album would be more of an RnB album or more of a rap album, and now that it has been confirmed a double album, we will be getting both. Personally I’ve never been a big fan of drake with his RnB type songs. When he raps and goes absolutely in on a beat, I love it. I don’t like soft slow Drake, and I know I’m in the minority. Many people love the soft beats by drake, they have been begging for Take Care 2, but I don’t want that. Take Care was a great album, but nothing is better than hearing Drake spitting bars on a beat.

There are also rumors that drake was going to release the fact that he has a son in this album, before Pusha T decided to out him on that secret. Now that the secret is out in the open, will that change Drake’s album at all? Will he finally respond to Pusha T on this album? None of this is confirmed but we won’t have to wait any longer.
