Russell Westbrook Averages Triple-Double, Random Twitter Guy is Not Pleased
Russell Westbrook entered Monday nights game against the Miami Heat needing 34 rebounds over a two game stretch to become the first player in NBA history to average a triple-double during two separate seasons. As you probably know by now, Westbrook got 38 rebounds and got his triple-double average.
Averaging a triple-double over the course of an 82 game season is insanely impressive. Which is why it’s only been done by two players.
Our good friend Mike here was not impressed.
Because he’s doing it at the detriment of his teams success. He prioritizes stats over wins. OKC has PG, Russ, and Melo and will barely make the playoffs as 7 seed because of Russ taking low percentage shots and stealing boards to stat pad which his teammates have admitted.

The Thunder will be the 4 seed and host the Utah Jazz in the first round for what it’s worth, but I want to make this next thing really clear. It’s a theory I use in all my blogs, and it’s basically the motto of my life.
Facts don’t matter.
Also, Melo sucks.
But alas, Mike was not done unleashing his nonsensical bullshit.
How’s that worked out for him? One finals appearance with KD and Harden on his team which resulted in an L and now he’s going to get swept in the first round with Melo and PG. Russ continues to not get anywhere every single season. He’s gonna be ringless like Barkley and Malone.

Harden is like Westbrook, a stat padder that is exposed every year in the playoffs. Not this all around team player they want you to think they are.
— Mike (@moviemike90) April 12, 2018
My dude even went after James Harden. Just as a friendly reminder, Harden is the best player on the best team in the league, a team that is favored to win the NBA finals.
Did you watch how inefficient he was? lol Kobe had 60 in his final game does that make his 60 amazing still if he took 50 shots? no he took 21 three pointers and made 6. numbers lie just like Russ’s stats.

To be fair here, Westbrook shot 45% this year. Not great, but still better than Damian Lillard, CJ McCollum, Kemba Walker, Blake Griffin and teammate/league darling Paul George.
OKC is about to be the 4th seed and they’re like 83-18 when Russ gets a triple double. Go to sleep. #ThunderUp

My guy Tommy Madden then stepped in and tried to fight Mike. He made the mistake of using facts. Everyone knows facts don’t matter.
Only bums brag about regular season wins😂 Warriors bragged about 73-9 how that work out for them?
— Mike (@moviemike90) April 12, 2018
Winning is for losers.
3 rings is terrible? Your counting a loss without Kyrie and Kevin Love in which LeBron took the Warriors 6 games by himself and a loss when he was 24 and led a bunch of McDonald’s employees to the finals. You also forget he’s facing a team with 5 Allstars.

Lebron fans are just living their best life, looking for dudes to fuck with on Twitter. To be fair to Mike here, he made zero rational points. His previous tweets have indicated that facts and stats don’t matter, and winning is for losers. I mean if Lebron is losing, he’s actually winning, so idk what this dude is bitching about.
