No Love For Ray Allen, On Area 21

Kevin Garnett has his own show on TNT called “Area 21”. On the show he hangs out with current and past NBA stars. Last night he had somewhat of a 2008 Celtics Championship reunion, but one key part of that team was missing. Kevin Garnett did not invite past teammate and future hall of famer Ray Allen to last nights get together. For the most part, the guys were just mad that Ray Allen did not tell anyone that he was going to the Heat.

They heard the news from other people and they thought it was disrespectful of him to not tell the team. They understood why Ray Allen would go to a team like that but they really wanted to at least be informed by him. I will let you all watch the video and let you have your own opinion on it. It was great to see some of the team together again. Big Baby Davis and Perkins has a lot to express towards the situation, while Rondo did not really say anything (typical). That 2008 Celtics team had a special friendship and brotherhood that a lot of teams do not get to experience. I believe that Ray Allen will make amends with his past teammates, they will just have to give it a little time.
