Lock, Fade And Stay Away (9/11/20)

If you want the rest of my lock(s) and all of Fiesta’s make sure you follow us on twitter (@thechasers617). Also give our podcast a listen on Sound Cloud (@thechasers). With that being said here are two of my lock(s) of the day, my favorite to fade, and my bet to stay away from today.

Lock(s):

Over 204.5 (Boston Celtics vs Toronto Raptors) (1.1u/1u)

The Boston Celtics and the Toronto Raptors are playing in a humongous game seven tonight. This over/under total is so low that it hurts me to think about even considering betting the under here. That is why I am taking the over. Boston and Toronto are going to go all out tonight, and they will leave everything on the floor. I also don’t see Kemba Walker not being a factor for the second straight games in a row. Kemba has looked good in games 1,3, and 5. Those are all odd numbers, and game seven is an odd number watch out for Kemba tonight. Lock in the over as I am risking 1.1 units to make 1 unit.

Tampa Bay Lightning -145 (1.45u/1u)

The Tampa Bay Lightning have dominated this series so far against the Islanders. They lead 2 games to none and are looking to take a commanding three games to none lead against the Islanders tonight. New York looked a lot better in game two, but it wasn’t convincing for me to consider to take the Islanders tonight. Tampa Bay is just too talented, lock in the Lightning tonight as I am risking 1.45 units to make 1 unit.

Fade:

New York Mets -200

The New York Mets are about to start a series with the Toronto Blue Jays. They will kick off tonight and have their ace Jacob deGrom on the mound. Unforunately, the Mets struggle to give deGrom run support in his starts this season. Even though in games that deGrom has started the Mets have a 6-2 record in those games. The Mets offense has struggled as of late, and should be a team you avoid tonight. With that being said fade the Mets as I think Toronto is taking this one tonight.

Stay Away:

Texas Rangers +1.5

The Texas Rangers have struggled since their whole fiasco with the Padres. Texas has only won five games in their last twenty three games. Also they are starting a series with their division leader Oakland A’s. Oakland is much better overrall and I can see the A’s winning by multiple runs tonight. Texas’ offense struggles too often for my liking. With that being said stay far far away from the Rangers on the run line tonight.
