Lock, Fade And Stay Away (8/24/20)

If you want the rest of my lock(s) and all of Fiesta’s … make sure you are following us on twitter (@thechasers617).

Lock(s):

Over 217.5 (Indiana Pacers vs Miami Heat)

The Miami Heat are looking for their first series sweep since 2014 in their game four matchup against the Pacers. Indiana has looked lost at times in this series, but with their backs up against the wall tonight; they will for sure put up a fight. This Heat team can score in bunches at any given moment. Indiana is going to need a lot tonight from their stars (Oladipo, Brogdon, Warren).

I just see both teams scoring at will, which usually doesn’t happen when these two teams meet. I think the spread is too high to take in my opinion. If you want something to take in this game here it is. Lock in the over in this one, as we should see an exciting game four tonight.

New York Islanders -105

The New York Islanders may be the hottest team in the National Hockey League at this very moment. They made quick work of the Washington Capitals beating them in five games. Now tonight they play the number one seed in the Philadelphia Flyers in game one of their best of seven Eastern Conference Semi-Final matchup. I think that this is going to go seven games, and will be very defensive minded. Tonight I think the Islanders are taking this one, and you can lock that in.

Fade:

Washington Nationals -112

The Washington Nationals have Austin Voth on the mound in tonight’s matchup against the Miami Marlins. In the four starts that Voth has started in the Nationals are 1-3 in those games. For Miami they have Pablo Lopez on the mound for them. In his four starts the Marlins are 2-2 in those games. Lopez has pitched better than Voth, and I see this being a big factor in tonight’s matchup. I think the Marlins’ lineup is going to take off tonight against Voth, and won’t give up the lead. Fade the Washington Nationals in tonight’s matchup.

Stay Away:

Under 7.5 (Oakland A’s vs Texas Rangers)

We have a very good pitching matchup in this game tonight between Oakland and Texas. The A’s have Jesus Luzardo on the mound for them going up against Lance Lynn for the Rangers. Both are pitching very well, so you expect this to be a pitching duel right? Wrong, I like both offenses to score over eight runs and I am telling you to stay far far away from the under in this one.
