Legends Lingo Podcast Episode 83: Liam Smith is BACK!

We had an episode out yesterday. Well guess what? We have ANOTHER episode out for you all today! Episode 83 is here for your listening pleasure as you work, have an off day, take a drive, etc.

Guest This Week?

He’s not really a guest. The man is a one lost brother who decided to come back home for an episode. It’s Liam Smith. Who is Liam Smith you may ask? Liam is the head of a website called Student Union Sports. Powder had some commitment issues last summer which made it hard for him to be a part of the podcast. When that happened, I asked Liam if he could help out. Liam was a part of “Into the Triangle” for awhile with Jared and I, so that’s how we met. Anyways, Liam is back and we’re happy he decided to grace us with his presence. He also helps us out behind the scenes in a HUGE way. So shoutout to Liam in this one!

Topics Covered This Week

We start with the Celtics and their sweep of the 76ers. The Celtics looked really good, but just how good will they be against Toronto? We all break down the series and give some predictions for a winner and how many games.

After that, we get into the Bruins and their hot start against the Lightning. We felt confident going into game 2 for the most part (whoops!) and break down the rest of the series as well.

We then get into a bit of the Pats. Is Cam Newton going to be the number one QB of this team now definitely? How has N’Keal Harry emerged in this camp? We dive into all of this in detail.

To round out the show, we talk the Red Sox trading Brandon Workman and Heath Hembree and what this could lead to in the future. Could Xander be on the block? Are JD’s days as a Red Sox doomed?
