Kyrie Irving Has High Praise For Jayson Tatum
Yesterday the Celtics formally introduced fans to their new Nike jerseys, which will be unveiled league-wide this season. And what better way to show off some brand new jerseys than having your biggest off-season acquisitions there as well? Kyrie Irving, Gordon Hayward, and Jayson Tatum were all present in Boston at the unveiling last night.
When speaking to reporters afterward, Kyrie was asked to shed some light on his relationship with rookie Jayson Tatum. He had nothing but good things to say:

Both being Duke and Nike guys, it makes sense that Kyrie would have high praise for the rookie small-forward. Even before the trade sending him to Boston, Kyrie was pretty stoked to see Tatum get drafted by the Celtics:

I’m excited to see how their games will mesh when the time comes. Hopefully, Tatum is as bad of a man as Kyrie says he is.
