There are some days when it’s really difficult to find the perfect topic to blog about.
You don’t want to come off as too dry, lame, repetitive, or just not unique. And truth be told, I probably come off as all four of those things sometimes (most of the time actually). But today, I came across the most wonderful tweet I’ve ever seen, and I feel the need to share it with you all:
— Mason Ramsey (@theMasonRamsey) April 23, 2018
Mason Ramsey, the Walmart yodeling internet sensation, wants to lay it down in the studio with Kyrie Irving. If you don’t know who this kid is, you must have been living under a rock for the last month. Either that or you just don’t use the internet. But if that were the case, you wouldn’t be reading this. Anyways, if you’ve been living under a rock, here’s the video:
Next to the countless times I’ve been dumped, I don’t think I’ve ever been more confused in my entire life. His tweet makes NO sense at all, but I’m here for it. When asked the one person he’d like to collab with, you think Mason would have gone with someone like Hank Williams, who he models his singing after. Granted Hank Williams is dead as shit, but I still think it would have made more sense than Kyrie Irving.
With all of this said, I’m ready to see Kyrie get in the studio. Just check out these vocals:
There are plenty of NBA players that sing on the side. Victor Oladipo has a god damn R&B album, I bet none of you knew that. And who better to kick off your music career with than the hottest kid in the game right now, Mason Ramsey? Kyrie, hit me up if you need a manager. We can do big things together.
