Have The Celtics Found Their Game?
Have the Boston Celtics found their game? Within their last 10 games, the Celtics are an impressive 7-3 and winning six of their last seven. Last night’s 116-115 win against Portland has also extended their longest win streak of the year to four games. The Celtics return to action tomorrow, Thursday, where they will take on the Lakers.
Fourth quarter = Tatum Time in Portland ☘️ https://t.co/1Oh1iIGQmu

Fourth Quarter does in fact mean Tatum time in Portland. Jayson Tatum has been sensational as of recent. He finished with 32 points on 10/17 shooting, and finished with 53 points against Minnesota. But the big thing is that their recent success has catapulted them into fifth and only a game back from Atlanta for the four seed. However, the race between five-eight is only a game and a half. The race is tight between the Celtics, Heat, Knicks, and Hornets.
I will say the Celtics have looked a lot better these last 10 games and are really finding themselves as a team. I was a huge skeptic earlier in the year and I’m still not sold on them. But you have to acknowledge progress when they are showing it. Kemba and Brown have looked great, Robert Williams should never not start again, and Smart has gotten a lot better with taking absurd shots. And on top of it all, Romeo Langford has been solid for them since his return.
I still don’t think they have the bench to make a run. But, former Celtic Enes Kanter did say his former team is poised for a playoff run. I am not sure what a “playoff run” entails when this team has made the ECF last three out of four years… But if they continue to show this type of play then maybe we will see another ECF appearance!
