Fantasy Football Week Seven Waiver Wire

Ladies and gentleman welcome back to another waiver wire piece by yours truly. This week I have three names that you definitely need to add this week if you are in a pickle. The bye weeks are here and now it is time to focus on what player you can stream off the waiver wire going into week number seven. With that being said here are my waiver wire adds for week number seven.

D’Ernest Johnson

This is one is an easy one for fantasy owners here. With Nick Chubb out for Thursday Night’s game against the Broncos. Then you have Kareem Hunt who will also be out for the next few weeks. How is the next man up for Cleveland? Well it would be none other than D’Ernest Johnson. Johnson looks to be the guy that will get the workload of touches at running back in week number seven. Demetric Felton is a pass catching specialist and I don’t see him being used more than Johnson. With Chubb and Hunt out we should see big things from D’Ernest Johnson in week number seven. If you need a RB2 this week or an option at the flex do yourself a favor and pick up D’Ernest off of the waiver wire.

Rashod Bateman

Rashod Bateman might slowly be working his way up the depth chart after last week’s game. Don’t get me wrong his numbers wont stick out to you, but he did play in 65 percent of the offensive snaps which were second most behind Hollywood Brown. Lamar has been looking for a reliable second option at wide receiver and Bateman fills that void. He missed the last two months with a soft tissue injury, but now that he is back he is a must add via the waiver wire. He is owned in less than 30 percent of leagues, but make no mistake his numbers and usage will go up as the season progresses. Add Bateman now before it is too late.

Ricky Seals-Jones

The Washington Football team needed a tight end to come fill the void for Logan Thomas. That is exactly what Ricky Seals Jones has done so far in Thomas’ absence. Seals-Jones is a solid tight end and with the workload of being the number one tight end his numbers are going to be TE1 like. Our guest last week Brandon Duff told us about him coming out in week number six and he sure did. Grabbing a touchdown to go with 4 receptions for 58 receiving yards as well. Look to add Seals-Jones who is rostered in only 28 percent of leagues at the moment and grab yourself a solid tight end option to play week in and week out.

Last One: Zach Ertz

Do yourself a favor and if Ertz is available in your league go grab him right this second. He is going to do insane numbers with Arizona and will become a must play tight end in my opinion. Look for Ertz to be a solid tight end option not as a streamer for a week, but for the remainder of the season as well.
