Every day, I get More and More Excited About the Cam Newton Signing
The New England Patriots might have made the best move organization wise this off-season. After losing Quarterback Tom Brady to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, the team was in a bubble at the Quarterback position. Although the team feels that they have their next guy in Jarrett Stidham, it just seems, to me, that the team was not ready to make him their starter this upcoming season.

Why I’m Excited
Newton is motivated and feels he has got a lot of football left in him. He is only 31 years old and is ready to prove to people that his last couple of seasons were not the defining moments of his career.
When I think about this signing, I believe this is what both coach Bill Belichick and Cam Newton needed. Both sides are out to prove people wrong. Cam wants to prove his doubters wrong, and Belichick intends to prove that he can win without Tom Brady.
If Newton plays well this season, if there is a season, then I do not see any reason why the Patriots would not bring him back. He can potentially be the Patriots quarterback for the next handful of years. He is currently building chemistry with Mohamed Sanu and N’keal Harry, as he has been working out with them out in California.

The 2020 season is going to be an exciting and interesting one. The Patriots want to continue their success, which I believe was a reason they signed the former MVP, Cam Newton.
