Dwight Howard Wants to… Evolve?
Dwight Howard’s trainer says Howard has a master plan:

I didn’t think Dwight Howard could possibly get any crazier, but here we are.
Dwight Howard wants to evolve into an Anthony Davis or Kevin Durant type of player… okay. Am I the only one that sees a problem with this? AD and KD both play such a diverse style of basketball. Not everyone can just go “hey, I want to do what they do” and do it successfully. If that were the case, there would be a lot more good basketball players in the NBA. Hell, I’d probably be out there too.
Those guys are physical specimens. Not that D12 isn’t (or wasn’t back in his day), but at 32 years old, I have a hard time seeing him transition into an NBA big that can also play the wing. He isn’t quick enough and doesn’t have the shooting range. If he can somehow turn into a knock-down three-point shooter from the corners then great, but his chances are slim. Not to mention the fact that changing his game would de-value the one part of it he actually still has left, the ability to clean up the glass. Good luck to you Dwight, maybe I’ll hit the lottery someday and we’ll both be happy.
