Celtics Summer League Roster Announced
The NBA Summer League kicks off on Saturday, and the Celtics have released their roster:

After having issues with his VISA, it’s confirmed that we finally will get to see Ante Zizic in action for the first time. He’s going to have pretty high expectations, as everyone including myself thinks he is going to be pretty good. This will be his first time facing off against NBA-level talent so it might be too early to say, but I think he’ll be fine. Here are some highlights if you aren’t familiar with him:
One guy that I am looking forward to seeing outside of Zizic & this year’s rookies, is Abdel Nader. He was the 8th highest scorer (21.8 PPG) in the D-League this past season and was selected as an All-Star. If he continues his level of play I could see him making the team if the Celtics end up getting Paul George & Gordon Hayward. They are going to need young guys to fill up the bench, and Nader could end up being a perfect candidate for that role.
Summer League begins leaguewide in Orlando on Saturday, but not for the Celtics. They will start summer play on July 3rd in Utah, as they’ll take on Markelle Fultz and the Philadelphia 76ers. You can find the rest of their schedule here.
