CBB Daily Report (2/5/22)
Welcome back to another edition of the CBB Daily Report. Today we have a full slate of games and this is set up to be the best Saturday of college basketball this season. We have so many great games between conference opponents that will give us great games from start to finish today. Yesterday, our home dog won outright which is a great way to start. We rode the under in the St. Bonaventure and Richmond game to perfection. Then our favorite blew a 20 point lead and barely won the game outright. Our parlay of the day was not great either. Today is a great day for some winners. With that being said here is my CBB Daily gambling Report for today’s slate of games.
Home Dogs: 11-11 (-1.1u) ML 7-15 (-5.15u)
South Carolina +7.5 -110 ML (+280)
The South Carolina Gamecocks are a home dog today going up against Tennessee. South Carolina is a great home team this season and will look to keep up their good play at home. They are 9-2 at home this season and they are 7-4 against the spread at home this season. Tennessee are 2-4 on the road this season, but they are also 4-2 against the spread on the road as well. In South Carolina’s last eleven home games, they are 8-3 against the spread. These two teams have already met this season with the Volunteers winning by 20. This time it is different, they are on the road and I think this is a good revenge spot for South Carolina. I love the Gamecocks to cover in this one and sprinkling that money line has low risk high reward.
UNC +3 -110 ML (+130)
One of the biggest rivalries in all of college basketball adds another chapter onto their rivalry tonight. We have an ACC showdown between Duke and North Carolina. No Coach K vs Roy Williams this time around, but this rivalry still has a lot of meaning to it. It is Coach K’s last game at Chapel Hill. This game has a lot of meaning to it and this is going to be a big time game at this point in the season. Both teams have been really good as of late. Duke has won eight out of their last ten and UNC has won seven out of their last ten. Both teams are 6-4 against the spread in their last ten games. UNC is 6-1 against the spread in their last seven games. In the last six meetings between these two schools, the home team is 5-1 against the spread. I love UNC to not only cover in this spot, but I love them to beat Duke outright today.
Lovin The Favorites: 11-8 (+2.2u)
Indiana -1.5 -110
The Indiana Hoosiers are one of my favorite teams this season. At home they have been tremendous and today they are at home going up against Illinois who has been really hot as of late. Indiana is a home favorite today and they are 13-1 at home this season. Illinois has won eight out of their last ten games while Indiana has won seven out of their last ten as well. The Hoosiers are 10-1 against the spread in their last eleven at home. They are also 9-1 against the spread in their last ten as a home favorite. I think this is a great spot for Indiana here and I am lovin the Hoosiers -1.5 in this one.
Feeling The Over/Riding The Under: 8-11-1 (-4.1u)
UCLA vs Arizona State (132.5)
This Pac 12 showdown between UCLA and Arizona State will be an interesting one. I do like UCLA to win the game, but the line is too high in my opinion. So we will focus on the total of the game instead. In this one I am riding the under 132.5 in this one. The UCLA Bruins have hit the under in 7 out of their last 7 road games. In their last six games as a road favorite, the Bruins have hit the under in all six of those games. Arizona State as a home dog has been an under team as well. In their last six as a home dog, the under has hit in all six of those games for the Sun Devils. Ride the under to the bank tonight.
