CBB Daily Report (1/23/22)
We are back with another daily gambling report for the college basketball Sunday slate of games. Yesterday we had a pretty alright day with the daily report. We split between the two home dogs. UCLA won as a favorite on the road at Colorado. We split the over/under category again, I have to stop picking the unders for games because the over keeps on hitting. The parlay of the day again was a disaster, thank you Syracuse and LSU. However, we move onto the slate of games for this wonderful Sunday. With that being said here is my CBB daily report for January 23rd, 2022.
Home Dog: 5-5 (-0.5u) ML 2-8 (-5.5u)
Tulsa +5 -100 ML (+175)
Tulsa are home dogs tonight in their AAC matchup against Memphis. Both teams are on losing streaks and will look to snap them today. Memphis has been real bad lately. They are 2-7-1 against the spread in their last ten games. They are also 1-5 on the road this season as well. Tulsa has also stunk as of late as they have lost their last five games. The last seven times these two teams have met, the underdog is 7-0 against the spread. Tulsa is 6-0 against the spread in their last six games following an against the spread loss. Also in their last 28 games as an home underdog, the Golden Hurricane are 21-7 against the spread. This is a huge advantage for Tulsa, I love them to cover the points and wouldn’t be surprised if they win outright.
Lovin The Favorite: 6-4 (+1.6u)
Indiana -3.5 -110
Indiana is a 3.5 point home favorite today against Michigan. The Wolverines have struggled this season as they currently sit at 8-7 on the year. Now they have to take on an Indiana team that is 12-0 at home this season as well. Trayce Jackson-Davis has been a beast this season as he averages 18.7 points per game to go along with 8.6 rebounds per game. The big matchup in this game is going to be the battle in the front court between Jackson-Davis and Hunter Dickinson. This battle of the big men will be the key to the game for both sides. Hoosiers are 4-0 against the spread in their last four as a home favorite. Also in their last 11 home games, Indiana is 10-1 against the spread. I am lovin the Indiana Hoosiers -3.5 tonight.
Feeling The Over/Riding The Under: 4-7 (-3.7u)
Butler vs Providence (127)
This Big East battle is going to be a good one to start off the slate of college basketball games today. We have Butler on the road at Providence. Now today in this matchup I am feeling the over 127. Got to go with my gut here and take the over here. In Butler’s last four games as an underdog, the over is 4-0. Providence in their last five games following a against the spread loss, the over is 4-1. Also in the last seven meetings between these two teams, the over is 5-2. Take the over and start off the day with a great game that will put up points for you.
