Buffalo Looks to Rebound Against Miami
After a disappointing start to the 2021 season, the Buffalo Bills will look to rebound in Week 2 as they will travel down to South Florida for a meeting against their AFC East rivals, the Miami Dolphins. In this article, I will give you three things to keep an eye on in this AFC East matchup.
Josh Allen

When it comes to the offense for the Bills, last week was a nightmare. Quarterback Josh Allen went 30/51, throwing for 270 yards and registering 1 touchdown. It was still a rough game for Josh and he will look to bounce back this weekend against the Dolphins. In his young career, Allen has had great success against Miami. According to the Twinspires Edge, Josh is 5-1 against Miami and has good numbers against them as well. I believe the team and Allen will be better this weekend.
Building Off of Last Week

If there was one positive from the game last weekend, it was Buffalo’s defense. They held Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger to 188 yards and allowing 1 touchdown. They also registered 2 sacks as well. It was a good test going up against a good offense, now I want to see if they can build off from that performance and keep it up against Miami. Tua Tagovailoa went 16/27, throwing for 202 yards while throwing 1 touchdown and 1 interception against the New England Patriots last week according to ESPN.com. I will be interested to see how the defense does this weekend against Tua and the Dolphins.
Better Play from the Offensive Line

The picture above pretty much describes the game from last weekend. Buffalo’s offensive line is the last thing to keep an eye on for me during Sunday. They did not play well at all and Pittsburgh’s defensive line made life miserable for Allen. Whether it was holding penalties or not protecting Josh, it was not a good game for the Bills offensive line. They have a chance to bounce back this weekend and I’m hoping they do considering it’s the same players from last season.
Final Thoughts
Bills fans need to stop overreacting. Even though last week was a disaster, we know this team is much better than what we saw against Pittsburgh. I do expect the Bills to be much better this time around and the three things I mentioned in this article are what I’m looking for the most this Sunday. You can catch the game on FOX @1pm.
