BREAKING NEWS: Patriots Trade Rob Gronkowski to Buccaneers
2020 continues to stink out loud. With Mookie Betts and Tom Brady gone, Boston sports fan are suffering enough. Now, we have to deal with Rob Gronkowski leaving town as well. Gronk has been shipped to Tampa Bay in a trade today.

Gronk said it before. He wouldn’t play with another quarterback. The only one he’d play with is Tom Brady. Now, he gets his chance to reunite with his quarterback. Plus, it doesn’t hurt that Gronk will be in Florida on a more permanent basis. It was only a matter of time before we saw Gronk go.

I stronly stand by this take. Something else has to be coming up, right? Or is Bill Belichick totally punting on 2020 and preparing for the future? The Bucs also have a tight end in O.J. Howard that they are looking to trade. Wouldn’t it make sense to swap the tight ends? It gives everyone what they want. Gronk gets to be with Brady. Howard gets a fresh start. Everybody would win. I don’t know man. It seems like the Patriots could have gotten a little bit more out of this deal.
In Conclusion
The trade makes sense. We should have seen it coming the moment Brady left. It still hurts the same. New England will always love Gronk. Thanks for the memories, big fella. Go do your thing in Tampa!
