Boston Red Sox: Blaze Jordan crushes first career Grand Slam on Sunday
Blaze Jordan has been on fire since joining the Low-A Salem Red Sox. The 18-year-old prospect hit his first career grand slam in the minors on Sunday.
In his first three games with Salem, Jordan has homered twice while driving in five runs. While in the FCL, Jordan slashed .362/.408/.667 with four home runs prior to his promotion.

The 2020 third round pick, hit a first-pitch grand slam in the eight inning. The Blaze Jordan grand slam for the Red Sox comes on the heels of the Lynchburg Hillcats walking Nick Yorke.

Nick Yorke has been red hot at the plate himself this season. The former first round pick hit two home runs on Saturday and drove in five RBIs. On Sunday, Yorke remained hot collecting two more hits and driving in two more runs. Talk about having a monster weekend at the plate!
The two teens are going to be a part of the Red Sox future, until then, it’s fun watching them mash in the minors.
