Bill Belichick Mic’d Up During Sunday Night Football Is the Greatest Video On the Internet
I somehow managed to miss this last night. I don’t know what I was doing but there’s no excuse to miss one of the greatest videos that I’ve ever laid my big, beautiful brown eyes on. Bill Belichick was mic’d up during this past Sunday’s Sunday Night Football game against the Green Bay Packers. And as you could imagine, it’s the best kind of drug you could ever inject straight into your retinas. Pure love and enjoyment out of Bill with every touchdown scored. The energy was just exuding out of his body like a waterfall of bliss.

My GOD. Grind this up, sprinkle some sweet, sweet honey on top of it and sneak this into my coffee every single morning if you care about me. I’ve been thinking about drinking less coffee. I’m fully dependant on it which is whatever, I guess. I need to lay off of the sweet morning juice for a little while. But if you could somehow turn this into my morning drink, oh buddy, I’ll be hooked until the day that I die.
You don’t even need to be a Patriots fan to enjoy this. It’s just universally known at this point that Bill Belichick is the greatest coach of all-time and there’s so much mystery around him that this is the type of thing that EVERYONE needs to watch.
He never opens up, even when he’s contractually obligated to. What kind of voodoo magic did the NFL do to get Bill to wear a mic during a game? Give away what he says during game time? Are we serious?
Hearing Belichick talk to his defensive line and hype them up made me want to run straight through a wall. The Patriots defensive front played so well and hearing Bill validate that was so simple but just awesome to see.
My favorite part of this entire video is Bill not giving a damn when a touchdown was scored. Josh Gordon makes an electric catch and runs it down the field for a huge touchdown and nothing. That score means nothing if they don’t win the game, right?
And speaking of, I’ve seen people overreacting to the part where he stops Tom Brady after that specific touchdown and asks who he was throwing it to because remember, it looked like he overthrew Julian Edelman at first. The masses are saying that he was giving TB12 crap. Are you kidding? That’s just how the evil genius is. He needs to analyze everything including that immaculate score. He just wants to make sure that the play went as planned. Let’s just relax, and appreciate that Bill Belichick doesn’t smile until that clock hits zero in the fourth.
