Batman is in the house and hes wearing Grant William’s number 12. Boston has been red hot in the final stretch of the season due to whole team contribution. One of the most notable of those contributors has been Grant “Batman” Williams. Williams poured in a strong defensive game against Denver then followed with a 20 point and 10 rebound game in a win over the Thunder. A player many used to write off, Liam included, is now a key factor to one of the best teams in the conference. What changed? Where did all this Batman talk come from? Liam gives the whole origin story of Grant “Batman” Williams.
Beyond the superhero action from number 12, Green teamers can rejoice in the strong play from Payton Pritchard. The second year Point Guard out of Oregon has had a roller coaster year with inconsistent playing time. We saw this season stretches of brilliance from him only for him to get 9 minutes a game with little production to follow. With Ime digging more into the bench we’ve seen another stretch from Pritchard averaging 14 PPG with nearly four 3 pointers a game over the last five games.
Boston is climbing the Eastern Conference ladder standing just half a game out of the number one seed. Justin and Liam made a preseason bet on them being a 50 win team. They stand at 46-20 as of now. The guys go game by game to see who is going to be winning this 6-pack bet. The few games remaining come against some Eastern Conference powerhouses like Miami and Milwaukee having huge implications.
