The Rafters Pod Ep. 118: Boston Celtics 2024 Season Recap
The Rafters crew do a 2024 season recap for the first seed, 64-win Boston Celtics. The best regular season in recent Celtics history has come to a close. Boston finishes 14 games up in the Eastern Conference standings. This dominating lead would be the difference between the first and tenth seed in the West. Jayson Tatum finishes top 5 in MVP voting largely due to his most efficient season in years and overall team dominance. Jaylen Brown besides an atrocious dunk contest, had once again a strong season, sculpting his handle and living in the mid-range. The additions of Kristaps Porzingis and Jrue Holiday blended seamlessly into the culture turning this team to an interchangeably hard nosed defense with an offense built to shoot and pass. Derrick White is still perfect. A bench unit that surprised many doubters starting the season poorly before experience made them necessary contributors to winning. Tune in for our Boston Celtics 2024 season recap.
