Fantasy Start ’em
Quarterback
Russell Wilson @ Car– Wilson hasn’t been the fantasy stud this year that he has been in the past. However, he is starting to run again, and I think if the Seahawks want to win this game he’s going to have to move and make plays with his legs. Carolina hasn’t allowed over 100 rushing yards since week 6 and they’ve only done it twice this season. They are on the opposite side of the spectrum in terms of pass defense. Allowing 10 passing touchdowns in their last 3 games.
Running Back
Nick Chubb @ Cin – Chubb has been killing it since he became the starter and I expect that to continue against the Bengals terrible run defense this week. The last two weeks the Bengals have given up 360 rushing yards, 4 rushing touchdowns, and 78.4 fantasy points to opposing running backs. Chubb is my start of the week for sure.
Wide Receiver
Sterling Shepard @ Phi – This call might come back to bite me, but I think the Giants are on a roll and the Eagles aren’t good against the pass this year. With Odell drawing most of the attention this week I think Shepard has a nice stat line.
Tight End
George Kittle @ TB – Kittle has been one of the more consistent fantasy tight ends this year. This week the 9ers play the Buccaneers who ave allowed the 3rd most fantasy points to opposing tight ends. Kittle should be started in all leagues.
Fantasy Sit ’em
Quarterback
Matthew Stafford vs. Chi– Chicago has been really good at keeping QBs in check and I think that is no difference this week when they visit Detroit. Stafford has been struggling as of late and I don’t think a game against Khalil Mack is gonna change that.
Running Back
Tevin Coleman vs NO – I said to bench Coleman last week and I’m sticking with him on the bench again this week. The Saints have not allowed over 76 rushing yards in a game this season, and are allowing the 3rd least fantasy points to opposing RBs. Keep Coleman out of lineups again.
Wide Receiver
Corey Davis @ Hou– Houston hasn’t allowed a touchdown to an opposing receiver in the last 5 weeks, and with Mariota’s status in question I am keeping Davis on the bench this week.
Tight End
Kyle Rudolph vs GB– Rudolph has been non existent this year and that doesn’t change this week agaisnt Green Bay who have been good against opposing fantasy tight ends. If you still have Rudolph on your roster, he should be on the bench.
