R.I.P Aubrey Drake Graham

“The Man, The Myth, The Legend. The GOAT of the rap game passed away on May 30th 2018 after being horribly demolished by Terrence LeVarr Thornton best known as Pusha T. He is survived by his baby momma Sophie Brussaux, and his beloved son Adonis.”

Absolutely crazy that I read Drake’s obituary in the morning newspaper. He was taken so young. Alright seriously Drake isn’t dead, but he practically is to me. He got absolutely ethered by Pusha T more than a week ago and hasn’t responded. All he has come out to say is his explanation for the black face photo of him.

“I know everyone is enjoying the circus but I want to clarify this image in question,This picture is from 2007, a time in my life where I was an actor and I was working on a project that was about young black actors struggling to get roles, being stereotyped and type cast. The photos represented how African Americans were once wrongfully portrayed in entertainment.”

Drake has only come out to protect his image and not respond to anything else from the diss track. Pusha replied to drake stating that drake is silent on all black issues. Stating that Drake has all the platform in the world, yet uses none of it. I agree wholeheartedly with Pusha on this, Drake has so much influence yet he isn’t one to speak much on black issues.

Now a whole week after this dropped there are reports that Drake recorded a response, but he isn’t releasing it because it would be career ending for Kanye and Pusha. People close have said he isn’t going to release it because it is not Drake’s character to tear some down that much.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? THIS MAN CALLED YOU A DEADBEAT DAD JUST LIKE YOUR OWN DAD, CALLED OUT YOUR BABY MOMMA, ANNOUNCED TO THE WORLD YOU HAVE A SON, AND YOU DON’T WANNA FIGHT BACK!?

That’s like when you were a kid and you said you had all the pieces of Exodia, but you didn’t wanna bring them to school, or that your dad had a friend who worked at Nintendo and you got to play a secret Mario game before everybody else.

Do the right thing Drake. Release the damn track.
