Paul Pierce: The Legend Forever

Paul Pierce is a legend.

This past week Pierce played his final game in the NBA when the Clippers got smoked by the Jazz in game seven of their first round series.

Growing up during the early 2000’s made watching the Celtics an interesting task. From coaching changes to players coming and going, there was never consistency…except for Pierce.

Pierce made my generation love basketball. When he finally won his NBA Title in 2008, we all won. The years of ups and downs finally came to fruition. Pierce, the city of Boston returned to the top of the NBA world.

There are so many great moments in the career of “The Truth.” This article isn’t meant to be long, tear jerking and to play every memory we have. It’d be way too long. Instead, I share my favorite Pierce moment and invite you all to share yours in the comments or with me on social media.
