We start off with the Patriots. Update: they still stink! They lost a heartbreaker to the Buffalo Bills on Sunday to drop to 2-5 on the season. We go over what went wrong, whether the Patriots should tank or not, and predict if they’ll even beat the Jets on Monday night. The three of us also get into trade deadline thoughts, Bill Belichick’s comments on WEEI, and play a little game involving the quarterback room. After the Patriots talk, we get into the Red Sox and their managerial search. It’s down to five candidates, but really there’s only one all of us want right? It’s Alex Cora! We’ve been talking about it for weeks now and something tells me it’s happening very soon (Reminder: This was BEFORE the actual hiring happened).
