It’s episode 110 of the Legends Lingo podcast and this was just about a week and a half before free agency for the NFL started. Listen fans. I’m going to be brutally honest here okay? So hear me out. We talked a lot about the Patriots because we needed to. This team STUNK in 2020 and we needed to talk ourselves into some good players. So with that out of the way, let’s get into it.

The first thing we got into was JJ Watt signing with the Arizona Cardinals. A real stunner if you ask me! The Cardinals bring on Watt to a team that already has Chandler Jones and a high powered offense. Could this be the signing to help the Cardinals?

Then we get into the Patriots. Kyle Van Noy got released by the Dolphins. Did we call him coming back to New England? Yes! Us and everyone else whose a Patriots fan knew this was coming. We also talked about tight end Kyle Rudolph. He was interested in coming to New England and we tried to talk ourselves into it. Did it work? Not really, but we tried hard!

Finally, we got into the Patriots QB situation. Yes, I know they technically have a starter in Cam Newton. But could another move be coming down the pipeline? Marcus Mariota was an intriguing name at the time along with countless others. Overall, another football heavy episode.
