Ah, you’ve got to love draft season. Seeing stuff like this just hours before the most important day of a player’s career always leaves a smile on my face. Last year we saw the infamous “I love kissin titties” tweet from Mitchell Trubisky. The year before, the video of Laremy Tunsil getting high as shit leaked DURING the draft. Now, we have Josh Allen, who forgot to delete an obscene amount of very questionable tweets from a few years back.
There were a lot more than what I included in the blog that you can look up yourselves, but man, what an IDIOT. If you know that you’re going to be in the spotlight, how don’t you clean that shit up? Or even hire somebody to do it for you? He could have even made a brand new account and deleted the old one. It really isn’t that hard. We all have old posts that we aren’t proud of, we’ve all had to do it. If you guys could see all of my Facebook posts from 2012, I would get absolutely roasted by everyone single person on the internet. But I’m not important, so that won’t happen to me (please don’t look).
The theory right now, according to Adam Schefter, is that a team who really wants Allen to fall to them made sure those tweets got leaked. If that’s the case, then that’s an absolutely savage move. But why would you give the keys to your franchise to a kid who isn’t smart enough to even delete a few tweets? Also, I think Josh Allen stinks, so I just wouldn’t take him anyways. This only adds to his poor draft stock for me.
