This is becoming a habit and a good one if you’re a Bills fan. For the fourth time this season, Bills quarterback Josh Allen was named the AFC offensive player of the week. His performance in the blowout win over the Denver Broncos on Saturday which had the Bills winning the AFC East for the first time since 1995 tells the story. Allen went 28/40, throwing for 359 yards and throwing two touchdowns. He also rushed for two touchdowns and registered 33 rushing yards.
According to Pro Football Reference, it shouldn’t be a shock this is the fourth time Allen has won. For passing, he has 4,000 yards, 30 touchdowns and only nine interceptions. Looking at his rushing stats, he has eight touchdowns for 383 yards. Allen will look to keep the good times rolling as him and the Bills will travel to Foxborough for a meeting with the Patriots on Monday Night Football. You can catch the game on ESPN @8:15.
Have a safe and happy holiday season everyone!!
