I Have No Idea How Simone Biles Did What She Did But it Was Electric

I saw this video of Simone Biles becoming the first woman to ever land the Triple-Double and I was SHOCKED watching this.

First of all, I want to say this. Every time I watch Simone Biles or Aly Raisman do anything in the gymnastics world, I’m always wildly impressed. They’re two of the best at what they do and watching them do their routines is always electric. But this video, in particular, has me rattled.

I’m not going to sit here and act like I know anything about gymnastics. Because guess what? I don’t know a damn thing about them. But the athleticism that it takes to do these things is elite. I’m not kidding when I say that she could have dunked a basketball at the peak of her height here.

Are we kidding with this?

Like I said, I’m always insanely impressed when I watch them do anything in the gymnastics world. My brain will never comprehend how they compete on the beam. I think that’s what it’s called? If I’m sober and a cop wants to put me through a DUI test, I could fail because my balance is so poor.

Shoutout to Simone Biles for landing this. She’s one of the best athletes the country has to offer and that’s not even a debate. The USA dominates the sports world in general. And to have Simone Biles landing asinine things like this is way too much fun to watch. This is peak athleticism that I could never DREAM of reaching.
