Dwyane Wade Expected To Sign With The Cavaliers Today

That is right, Dwyane Wade is back with LeBron James in Cleveland. Days after buying out his contract from the Bulls, Wade is expected to sign with the Cavaliers at some point today. The money has not been announced yet, but I would expect Wade to take a smaller than usual one year contract to play for the Cavaliers.

Obviously Wade and LeBron have chemistry since they played together in Miami,  and are best friends. The duo have won championships together and know how to get the job done. The Cavaliers already had a high chance at reaching the Finals this season, but their chances are about to get better. Wade can either start for the Cavaliers or provide a nice boost off of the bench. This is scary news for the rest of the Eastern Conference since one of the top teams is just getting better. 

If Isiah Thomas can stay healthy most of the season, then the Cavaliers will be better than the Celtics. I am just biasing this off of the experience of LeBron James and Dwyane Wade have in the playoffs. Dwayne Wade, Kevin Love, LeBron, Isiah Thomas, and Crowder is a dangerous starting five.

What I am interested in is how many years Wade will sign with the Cavaliers for. If he is smart, he would get a one year contract. I believe that LeBron is going out West after this season and that would leave Wade in the dust.
