David Paastrnak has been an electric player in the NHL for multiple seasons now and he’s still only 22 years old. Pastrnak has unbelievable chemistry with his fellow linemates Patrice Bergeron and Brad Marchand and with that chemistry comes a ton of offensive chances. Pastrnak has really come into his own the past couple of years and has grown very confident with his offensive play while also improving his play in the defensive end.

Pasta could easily reach the 40 goal mark this season and the 50 mark certainly isn’t out of the question. His release is so quick and he has deadly precision with his shot. Pasta already has 106 career goals and has added 12 already this season in just 14 games. In just the last two seasons he has 69 goals and he’s off to another torrid start. The Bruins’ offense has run through that top line and Pasta is evidently one of the best goal scorers in the NHL. He’s 12th in goals among all players in the last two seasons, in the company of guys like Ovechkin, Laine and Tarasenko. Pasta has establsihed a strong pace this season and he has 68 games remaining to score 38 goals it sounds easy right?
The last Bruin to score 50 goals was Cam Neely in 1994 so it’s been awhile. Goal scoring isn’t easy these days but the Bruins have two heavy scoring wingers and at least one of them should reach the 50 goal milestone soon.
